I’m Katie, a freelance Graphic Designer/Artist/ illustrator based in Crewe, Cheshire, UK. 

 

I graduated from the University of Chester in 2016 with a First Class degree in Graphic Design. After graduating I worked in London at Cath Kidston’s head office working on advertising campaigns, social media content, designing shop fronts, in store advertisement and store POS.

 

I decided to go freelance around 4 years ago so I could work on building my own brand and social media presence. I also work full time as a retail manager in a popular arts & crafts store. 

 

I have experience in branding, hand lettering & illustration and from this I have created my own brand. I opened my own online shop where I sell enamel pins, stickers & stationery. I also sell my greeting cards designs on Thortful - an online market place for independent creators. The products I design and sell in my shop tend to centre around my love for dogs, coffee & true crime. 

 

I gain a lot of my work through my instagram (@katie_illustrated) where clients will reach out to work with me. I have worked with clients such as zox & Oh So B where I have designed products and instagram posts.
